Payment Methods
MeshGift accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and other supported payment options displayed during checkout.
Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer’s country, selected currency, device, and payment provider.
Secure Checkout
Payment information is processed through the secure payment services displayed at checkout.
MeshGift does not ask customers to send complete credit card numbers, card security codes, or payment account passwords by email.
Payment Authorization
An order enters processing only after payment has been successfully authorized.
After successful payment, the customer will receive an order confirmation email. Customers should review the order confirmation immediately and report any errors within 2 hours.
Currency
Product prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website.
A bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates, international transaction fees, or other charges. These charges are determined by the financial institution and are not collected by MeshGift.
Taxes and Duties
Applicable sales tax may be calculated during checkout based on the order and delivery destination.
International customers may also be responsible for import duties, customs charges, or local taxes that are not collected during checkout.
Failed or Declined Payments
A payment may be declined because of:
- Incorrect card or billing information
- Insufficient funds
- Bank security restrictions
- An expired card
- A billing address mismatch
- Payment provider verification requirements
Customers should verify their information or contact their bank before trying again.
Fraud Prevention
Orders may be reviewed for payment security and fraud prevention.
MeshGift may request additional verification, place an order on hold, or cancel and refund an order when payment information cannot be verified or suspicious activity is detected.
Discount Codes
Discount codes must be entered before completing checkout.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined. Discounts cannot normally be applied after an order has been submitted.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.
Depending on the payment provider or financial institution, refunds normally take approximately 3–10 business days to appear.
