Copyright & Intellectual Property
MeshGift respects the copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, and other intellectual property rights of creators, brands, businesses, and individuals.
Customer-Submitted Content
Customers may upload or submit only photos, artwork, names, logos, text, and other material that they own or are authorized to use.
By submitting content for personalization, the customer confirms that:
- The customer owns the content or has permission to use it.
- The content does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
- The content is not unlawful, threatening, hateful, defamatory, abusive, or sexually exploitative.
- MeshGift may reproduce the content only as reasonably necessary to process, manufacture, support, and deliver the order.
Customers remain responsible for the content they submit.
Right to Reject Content
MeshGift may place an order on hold, request proof of authorization, reject submitted content, or cancel and refund an order when we reasonably believe the content may violate this policy or another person’s rights.
Reporting Infringement
A copyright owner, trademark owner, or authorized representative may report allegedly infringing content by emailing:

Intellectual Property Notice
The notice should include:
- The claimant’s full name and contact information
- Identification of the copyrighted work, trademark, or other protected material
- Identification of the MeshGift product or content being reported
- The relevant product page or description
- An explanation of why the use is believed to be unauthorized
- A statement that the claimant has a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized
- A statement that the information provided is accurate
- Confirmation that the sender is the rights owner or is authorized to act for the rights owner
- A physical or electronic signature
Review Process
After receiving a sufficiently detailed notice, MeshGift may:
- Request additional information
- Temporarily remove or disable the reported content
- Pause production or sales of the affected product
- Contact the applicable designer, supplier, seller, or customer
- Cancel an affected order
- Take other action reasonably necessary to address the claim
Disputed Claims
A person who believes content was removed or restricted by mistake may reply to the notice with documentation showing ownership, authorization, a license, or another lawful basis for use.
MeshGift may restore content when adequate documentation is provided and restoration is appropriate.
Repeat Violations
MeshGift may restrict or discontinue service to customers, designers, suppliers, or other parties that repeatedly submit or distribute infringing material.
Knowingly submitting false, misleading, or bad-faith infringement reports may result in liability.
