Acrylic Ornaments, Plaques, and Keychains
Some acrylic products may arrive with a removable protective film. Carefully peel off the film before use when applicable.
Clean acrylic with a soft, dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth.
Do not use abrasive cleaners, rough sponges, alcohol-based cleaners, or sharp objects.
Keep acrylic products away from direct flames, extreme heat, and prolonged high-temperature exposure.
Wooden Ornaments and Signs
Wipe gently with a clean, dry cloth.
Do not soak wooden products or place them in a dishwasher.
Avoid prolonged exposure to rain, excessive humidity, direct sunlight, or extreme heat unless the product is specifically described as suitable for outdoor use.
Natural variations in wood grain and color are normal.
Ceramic Ornaments and Plant Pots
Hand washing is recommended for personalized ceramic keepsakes.
Use mild soap, lukewarm water, and a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaning tools.
Protect ceramic items from sudden temperature changes and impact.
When using a personalized plant pot, avoid allowing water to remain on the printed surface for extended periods.
Rings and Personalized Jewelry
Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or using household cleaning products.
Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, chlorine, salt water, and harsh chemicals.
Wipe the item gently with a soft, dry cloth after use and store it in a cool, dry place.
Plated finishes may gradually change with normal wear. Proper care helps preserve the finish for longer.
Doormats and Printed Home Décor
Shake out loose dirt regularly or clean gently with a vacuum.
Spot clean using mild soap and cold water. Allow the product to air dry completely.
Do not machine wash, bleach, iron, or tumble dry unless the product page specifically states that the item is machine washable.
